  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type, IP address, and unique device identifiers

  • Authentication Services: Information from OAuth providers if you use social login

GDPR & CCPA Compliance: We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). If you are a resident of the EU or California, you have additional rights under these laws.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations:

7.1 Active Accounts

  • Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active
  • Inventory Data: Stored while you maintain an active subscription
  • Usage Logs: Retained for 12 months for security and analytics

7.2 Closed Accounts

  • Grace Period: 30-day recovery period after account closure
  • Permanent Deletion: All data permanently deleted after grace period
  • Legal Hold: Some data may be retained longer if required by law

7.3 Backups

Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days after deletion. These backups are securely stored and not accessible for regular operations.

Children's Privacy

InventoryCountApp is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at privacy@inventorycountapp.com. We will take steps to remove such information from our systems.

International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ.

If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, we transfer your data to the United States and process it there. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.

We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including:
